EcoGreen Mobile Detailing, guarantees your total satisfaction of the detail of your vehicle.If for any reason a client is not satisfied, EcoGreen will do what it deems necessary and reasonable for total customer satisfaction.
Vehicle Inspection: It is the owner’s responsibility to be available for the initial and final vehicle inspections. EcoGreen will not begin any scheduled work without the signed, written consent of the owner or owner’s representative. If either person is not available for a pre or final inspection, then EcoGreen is not responsible for any customer dissatisfaction.
Completion of Detail: It is the owner’s responsibility to be aware of the scheduling of each detail job and to be available or send a representative for final inspection upon completion of the detail. EcoGreen reserves the right to add additional charges for time spent waiting after the final detail has been completed. It is the owner’s responsibility to reset and check all electrical components, seat settings, stereo settings, buttons, knobs, and childproof settings after completion of detail.
Right of Refusal: EcoGreen reserves the right to refuse service on any vehicle or for any person.Final Payment Due: Once EcoGreen has completed the final detail job, payment is due immediately. Unless prior arrangements have been made in writing, it is the owner or owner’s representative’s responsibility to have payment ready as agreed upon in the initial invoice.
Return Checks Policy: EcoGreen reserves the right and will charge an additional 25% for each returned check. Key Return Policy: EcoGreen will return the vehicle’s keys only to the owner or owner’s representative and no one else. It is the owner or owner’s representative’s responsibility to obtain the keys from EcoGreen upon completion and final inspection of the detailed vehicle.
Group Detailing Policy: By signing you are representing your company and agree that these terms and conditions are valid throughout the relationship with EcoGreen and your company’s vehicles and your company’s employee’s vehicles we are servicing.
Membership/ Maintenance/ Wash Services Policy: By signing you agree that these terms and conditions are valid throughout the relationship with EcoGreen and your vehicles that we service.
Pre-existing Damage: EcoGreen is not responsible for any pre-existing damage it may find during the normal course of detailing the interior or exterior of any vehicle. It is difficult to find pre-existing
